The Pocahontas County Arts Council (PCAC) is a nonprofit that promotes local art. They are located at the Green Bank Art Center, Durbin Art Center and the PCAC’s Little Yellow House. PCAC also provides programs in schools and the community throughout Pocahontas County. Their purpose is to build an appreciation of the arts through education and advocacy.
